Placement Guidelines for Companies

✥ A Company needs to register through online registration, for which the application form is available on the website.
✥ Companies will have to arrange for a Pre-Placement Talk.
✥ If the recruitment process is offline and the number of applicants is 5 or more, then the on-campus recruitment procedure would be preferable.
✥ Companies should inform the Placement Cell about the stages of their selection process (e.g., aptitude tests, group discussions, technical interviews, HR interviews).
✥ Once the student is placed, the Placement Cell will no longer be responsible for any further developments between the company and the incumbent.
✥ Companies are encouraged to provide feedback on the recruitment process and the performance of candidates.
✥ Verification of students’ credentials will be the sole onus of the company.
✥ Any personal or academic information shared by the college or its students must be treated with strict confidentiality.
✥ A copy of the offer letter should be sent to the Placement Cell when the student is placed.
